Security Of Services
The Law Office pays particular attention to security of the provided services, especially, to professional secret and discretion in the wide meaning of that term.
In connection with the above, we observe rigorously the principles of keeping professional secrets stipulated in the Solicitors Act of 6 July 1982 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 123, item 1059, as amended) as well as the rules established in the Principles of Ethics of Legal Advising.
The most important of the above-mentioned principles provide that:
- Solicitor is obligated to keep in secret information which he received while providing legal assistance.
- Obligation to keep professional secret cannot be limited in time.
- Solicitor cannot be absolved from keeping profession secret regarding the facts which he learned while providing legal assistance or conducting a case.
